Dr. Paula Santos is a licensed clinical psychologist and board certified behavior analyst- doctoral. She completed a BA in psychology from Mount Holyoke College, and a BA Honours in psychology from the Nelson Mandela University in South Africa. She received her doctorate of clinical psychology in 2007 from the California School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles, focused on multicultural community psychology. Dr. Santos became board certified in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2007. She provides therapy to clients with developmental disorders (i.e., autism, ID, ADHD), and behavioral concerns, often to clients experiencing difficulty participating in talk-based therapy. Dr. Santos specializes in assessment of neurodiverse clients and developing individualized behavior plans. At PCH she sees clients individually both in the clinic and in residential and community settings. She often consults with the treatment teams to address clients struggles with adaptive living skills and socialization. In her private work, Dr. Santos heads up Assessment, Consultation & Treatment in Arcadia and is completing her Masters in Legal Studies to provide legal advocacy for clients.
