Colleen brings over 25 years of dedicated experience in Behavioral Healthcare, specializing in mental health and addiction treatment. Her journey began with a strong academic foundation, earning a bachelor’s degree in child development and psychology from Mount St Mary’s University.
Throughout her career, Colleen served in various roles within behavioral healthcare organizations, encompassing inpatient settings, residential programs, partial hospitalizations, intensive outpatient programs, and supportive living homes.
Currently, Colleen serves as the Senior Regional Outreach Manager for PCH, where she is passionate about connecting clinical professionals and families with the programs and resources offered by PCH. Her dedication in fostering strong community connections and facilitating access to quality care is evident in her role.
Colleen is deeply invested in supporting women advancing the field of addiction treatment/mental health recovery. She serves on the board of the Women’s Association of Addiction Treatment (WAAT). Her leadership within WAAT underscores her passion for advocacy and commitment to empowering women within the healthcare industry.
