Clancey Cornell, an associate clinical social worker and somatic practitioner, holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. Her approach is informed by a background in advocacy and diverse experiences, from inpatient psychiatric care to integration coaching for non-ordinary states of consciousness. Since 2015, she has accumulated significant experience working with unhoused populations, addressing trauma and mental health challenges at both individual and systemic levels. At PCH, Clancey provides somatic individual and group therapy. She incorporates experiential modalities such as expressive arts and sand tray into her somatic work. With over 20 years of experience with horses, she also offers Equine-Assisted Learning for clients. Clancey is currently a Somatic Experiencing Level 1 Student and holds certifications in Integrative Coaching, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Integrative Somatic Parts Work Levels 1, 2, and 3.
